Ben Carson Releases His Health Care Plan For America, Says His Plans Repels ObamaCare

Dr Ben Carson, a Republican presidential candidate for the 2016 election  has revealed his health care plan for America, he said:
"Today, I released my detailed health care plan with the goal of getting our country back on the
right track.
My plan repeals Obamacare, which has unnecessarily inserted itself into the doctor/
patient relationships like never before, has increased premiums for the vast majority of Americans, and lowered the quality of care we offer in this country.
We must place the relationship between a patient
and their doctor at the forefront of our health care policy. My Health Empowerment Accounts (HEA) will put the power back into the peoples hands" he said.
